Product Features

• As the smallest invisible zipper available, it reduces the uncomfortable feeling of zipper teeth rubbing against the body when worn.
• In addition to the fine teeth, the overall tape width has been narrowed to approximately 9mm, truly making it a lightweight invisible zipper.
• It minimizes the visibility of the zipper when used on garments made from sheer or embroidered fabrics.
• It reduces the use of raw materials without compromising strength, achieving an environmental benefit of energy saving and carbon reduction.

• Closed Teeth Width: 3.30–3.35 mm
• Closed Zipper Height (including one layer of tape): 1.40–1.45 mm
• Narrow-Edge Zipper Tape Total Width: 9 mm
• Tape Types: Lace edge & fabric edge, wide edge & narrow edge tape
• Sliders: Auto-lock slider, available in electroplated or painted finishes.

• X-Shaped Zippers with two top stops and two sliders

Quality Testing

• Lateral Strength: 50 kgs per inch for fabric tape; 40 kgs per inch for lace tape.
• Cycle Test: Grade B, over 1,000 cycles.
