Product Description
This is a heavy-duty zipper fastener that is specially sewn with a wide nylon tape and a polyester spiral chain. The unique feature is that the two sides of the zipper do not require a slider to be joined. To connect the two sides, a polyester monofilament of a suitable thickness is threaded through the middle of the joined zipper teeth to create a high-strength, specialized zipper fastener.
This heavy-duty nylon zipper fastener is specifically designed for the high-strength joint requirements of the two ends of a lightweight conveyor belt. Since 2021, KCC has specially developed production equipment for this unique zipper, successfully creating four sizes of heavy-duty zipper fasteners. The durable tapes are made from high-strength nylon fibers, which are precision-sewn with a polyester monofilament spiral chain using a special technique. This provides a more convenient joining solution for lightweight conveyor belts.
